As Nurus, supporting young people in expressing their creativity and building their futures is very important to us. That’s why we initiated the “Digital Craftsman Training Workshop,” which offers high school students the opportunity to design using the latest digital technologies. With our state-of-the-art wooden CNC machine developed by our R&D Center, we contribute to the enhancement of students’ professional skills.
In this program, young people gain technical knowledge and learn the skills required in the industry. We support them in understanding the dynamics of the design world and discovering their own talents. In this workshop, students not only acquire technical knowledge but also develop problem-solving abilities, learn the importance of teamwork, and enhance their innovative thinking skills.
We believe that nurturing the designers and engineers of the future is critical for the advancement of society. Therefore, we guide them in exploring these exciting career paths and facilitate their meetings with the industry. The Digital Craftsman Training Workshop is an important step in preparing young people for a brighter future. With their light, the future of our industry will also be brighter.
Additionally, we support the educational journeys of 27 successful students with scholarships and aim to increase women’s empowerment in this field through special scholarship opportunities for female students. In the next five years, we aim to contribute over 100 qualified professionals to the industry.
