As the name suggests, Pitstop defines alternative spaces to conduct brief individual and team efforts and minute meetings. Creating alternative spaces within spaces, Pitstop provides technological solutions and versatility, an option to work and rest without having to hide behind walls.
Pitstop has a compact structure to create new spaces within spaces without being limited by walls, offering an answer to requirements of new age work environment as a whole. Pitstop has 4 versions: Pitstop, Pitstop Lounge, Phonestop and Videostop.
Along with lighting and acoustic solutions, Pitstop also includes Nurus Links® connections, introducing premium technological features. Nurus Links® provides power source and internet connection, along with USB charger, VGA, and HDMI sockets for screens. While inner surface of Pitstop offers a variety of choices, outer surface also offers mountable high table and screen features to ensure functional utilization.
Nurus Links® that are exclusive to Nurus products helps your electronics match your furniture; allows transferring of information and video conferences to be realized. Quick and accurate charging abilities coupled with multimedia features bring speed and ease into daily operations.

Materials
Pitstop & Lodge has the (TSE) Suitability to Turkish Standards certificate.
It is made of 100% recyclable metal and 100% reusable E1 standard wood. The fabrics that are used in its letter pad with TREVIRA CS, OEKO-TEX 100 STANDARD, IMO-MED, RECYCLABLE and EU ECOLABEL certificates have passed the abrasion resistance (Martindale test), light fastness (EN ISO 105-B02), fastness to rubbing (EN ISO 105-X12) and fire resistance tests that are in conformity with European norms.
Production
Pitstop & Lodge is manufactured at Numaş A.Ş. facilities, which holds the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management System Standard certificates.
Waste Management
At Numaş A.Ş., the waste chemical materials like powder paint, wet paint, thinner, chemical material packaging, phosphate sludge and laser dust are sent to relevant companies for recycling or are disposed in a manner that will not harm the environment.
Transport
Pit Stop & Lodge’s packaging made from 100% recyclable material is minimized to decrease energy consumption during transportation.
Use
The quality standards of Pitstop & Lodge’s manufacturing and material, allow the product to have a long life. International bodies certify its high level of product security.
End of Life
The materials used in Pitstop & Lodge’s manufacturing may be re-used or recycled at the end of its product life.
IF Product Design Award 2011
Pitstop created its own need and segment with its ‘beyond its time’ design and was deemed worthy of IF Product Design Award 2011.
Ece Yalım Design Studio
Ece and Oğuz Yalım founded Artful Interior Design in 1996 and Ece Yalım Design Studio in 2004. Ece and Oğuz Yalım work in venue and product design and apart from their own brand they design home, office furniture, lighting and accessories for AHK Interiors, Arlight, Ar-Yıldız, Atlas Halı, Ersa, GW Global Warehouse, Nurus, Moonlight, Paşabahçe Mağazaları and Rapido.
