Stefano Sandonà

Born in 1974, Stefano Sandona’s creations are products of the elements of contemporary culture; like the digital world, continuous motion and graphism. For Sandona, inspiration transforms travel, architecture and landscape drawings into curly objects, intense colors and sensory bias. Undergoing an artistic education, Sandona gained significant experience working with professional design firms in furniture manufacturing.

Stefano Sandona’s approach is to develop products that are compatible with the client and the market, elaborate and dynamic, with practical and direct skills he acquired in the entrepreneurial Italian North East.

In 2006, Sandona founded Stefano Sandona Design. Focusing especially in furniture and sports, Stefano Sandona Design is active in industrial design from consultancy to manufacturing. Sandona’s purpose is to create objects that have strong visual and emotional impact and he has received the Red Dot Design Award 2010, Interior Innovation Award Cologne 2010, Good Design Award 2009, Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, and Special Mention Young E Design 2009 Milan awards.
